Tariffs and Services

Bronze Service

For a £30.00 nominal fee your property will be advertised
on this site until it has been let.

Silver Service

For a £250.00 fee your property will be advertised and we
will show the house to the prospective tenants and only
contact you when they are ready to let the property.*

Gold Service 

For a fee of 17% of the total rent we will undertake full
management of the property.*

* If arrangements are required for key collection this will
be made on an individual basis with the landlord concerned.

All fees will be taken by cheque which should be made
payable to 'Pompeylets' and sent to the contact address.
